“Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as children of God; we become members of Christ, are incorporated into the Church and made sharers in her mission” (CCC 1213).

Parents wishing to have their children baptized are encouraged to contact the parish office to register for a catechetical session. Parents are required to attend one evening catechetical session. Godparents are invited as well.

Baptismal Preparation Meetings take place from 7:15 to 8:15 PM, usually on the first Monday of every month, in the Smith Center. Please contact Fr. Brad at the parish office if you have any questions. (574) 233-2179
